1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or playing on Godsent Network, participating in our tournaments, or using our media services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you adhere to the following:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use.
• We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts found violating our community guidelines or cheating in tournaments.

3. Esports Rules & Conduct

• Fair Play: Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or any form of unsportsmanlike conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and potential permanent bans.
• Tournament Rules: Each tournament may have its own specific ruleset. By joining a tournament, you agree to adhere to its specific regulations as outlined on the tournament page.
• Prizes: Prize payouts are subject to verification of identity and fair play. We reserve the right to withhold prizes in cases of suspected fraud or rule violations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Godsent Network and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. User-Generated Content

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post. By posting Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service (e.g., tournament highlights).

In no event shall Godsent Network, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
