Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services and transactions made through GDS Tech and Entertainment Private Limited (CIN: U73100AP2026PTC126341), operating under the brand name "Godsent Network". By engaging our services or participating in our events, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Tournament Entry Fees

• Free Tournaments: No fees are collected; therefore, no refunds are applicable.
• Paid Tournaments — Before Registration Deadline: Full refund of the entry fee will be issued if cancellation is requested before the registration deadline of the tournament.
• Paid Tournaments — After Registration Deadline: No refunds will be provided once the registration deadline has passed, as slots are reserved and operational preparations are underway.
• Tournament Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a tournament for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund of their entry fees within 7 business days.

3. Professional Services

For professional services including broadcast production, content creation, event management, and creative services:

• Before Work Commencement: If the client cancels before any work has commenced, the advance payment (if any) will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
• After Work Commencement: If the client cancels after work has begun, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for work not yet completed. The advance payment may be partially or fully retained depending on the work delivered.
• Completed Projects: No refunds are available for work that has been completed and delivered.
• Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to deliver the agreed services, a full refund of any payments made will be issued within 14 business days.

4. Refund Processing

• All approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Bank processing times may vary, and the Company is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
• Any applicable taxes already remitted to the government will be refunded only to the extent permissible under the applicable tax laws.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Tournament entry fees after the registration deadline has passed.
• Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
• Custom or bespoke creative work completed as per client specifications.
• Fees for services where the cancellation was due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• Prize money that has been disbursed and accepted.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us with the following details:

• Your full name and registered email address.
• Transaction/Invoice reference number.
• Reason for the refund or cancellation request.
• Any supporting documentation, if applicable.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
